John Denby death

This is a newspaper report on the inquest into the death of John Denby, a 36-year old factory labourer of Royston Street, Edge Hill. On 28th June, Denby fell into a tank of boiling water at a factory owned by North West, and died of scalds. The appropriately-named coroner, G C Mort, recorded s verdict of accidental death.
